Which countries does the online shop shop.bora.com ship to?

We ship our products throughout Europe, in the checkout you can select all delivery countries.
Excluded countries are Great Britain, Switzerland and Norway.

Does BORA offer a warranty extension and if so, what does it cost?

Yes, BORA offers an extended warranty for all appliances. The warranty extension for an additional year to a total of 3 years is free of charge.

How long do I have warranty on my BORA?

The regular manufacturer's warranty is 2 years. In addition, we offer the possibility to extend the warranty.

Where can I purchase BORA?

You can purchase BORA from our competent specialist retail partners in kitchen studios, joineries and furniture stores. You can find your nearest BORA partner quickly and conveniently via our dealer search. BORA GP4 is only available from nobilia dealers, to the nobilia dealer search.

How can I return an item?

You can easily return items from your order via our return portal.

What does this mean for all surrounding wooden and kitchen components, as well as other building elements?

When complying with current building standards and the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV and DIN 4108) in old and new buildings and with a normal living room climate, the formation of mould is ruled out when using BORA recirculation or exhaust air systems. Wooden and kitchen components as well as other building elements are not affected by this.
