Does BORA offer a warranty extension and if so what does it cost?

Yes, BORA offers an extended warranty for all devices. The warranty is extended by another year to a total of 3 years free of charge.

Which products are eligible for warranty extension?

The warranty extension is possible for our main products BORA cooktop extractor systems, BORA X BO, BORA Cool&Freeze, the BORA multidrawer and BORA QVac. Accessories and spare parts are excluded from the warranty extension.

Are there gift vouchers for the BORA online shop?

To which countries does the BORA online shop ship?

We ship our products throughout Europe, and in the checkout all countries can be selected for the country selection. Excluded countries are Great Britain, Switzerland and Norway.

How much does the shipping cost in the BORA online shop?

The shipping in the BORA online shop is free of charge for you.

How is the shipping done in the BORA online shop?

Shipping is done by DHL and is free of charge and without a minimum order value.

How long does it take to deliver orders within Germany?

Delivery within Germany is usually 2-4 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a shipment tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment at any time.

How can I track my BORA online shop order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to your email address. This allows you to track and see the status of your shipment online and where your package is currently located.

Are there certain days when no deliveries are made?

Yes. On weekends and public holidays, deliveries are usually not made. Please take this into account when planning your orders.

How long does it take to deliver orders within the European Union?

Delivery within the European Union is usually 2-8 working days. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a shipment tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment at any time.

Can I still change my delivery address after finalising my BORA online shop order?

If you would like to change your shipping address after ordering, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to adjust the address before shipping. Please note, however, that changes are no longer possible after shipment.

How do I purchase a BORA Filter subscription?

Select your desired filter from us in the BORA online shop and determine the regularity of your subscription there. Place the relevant product with the selected delivery interval in the shopping cart and complete the purchase and thus the selected filter subscription.

Can I cancel my filter subscription at any time?

Your BORA Filter subscription can be canceled at any time via the link sent to you in the confirmation email.

Can I adjust the frequency of the subscription delivery?

You can adjust or pause the frequency of your BORA filter delivery at any time to 6, 9, 12 or 15 months in the confirmation email link.
