Delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible on request and subject to individual agreement with DHL. Outside Germany, special regulations apply depending on the country of delivery and carrier.
As the recipient, you can have items delivered directly to DHL Packstations. The prerequisite for this is that you as the recipient are registered as a Packstation customer and that the consignment is suitable for insertion into the Packstation (consignment size).
It is also possible for shipments to be notified to a Packstation if you are absent.
In such a case, a notification card with the notification code for removal from the Packstation will be placed in your letterbox as the recipient, similar to a notification to the branch.
