Yes, BORA offers an extended warranty for all devices. The warranty is extended by another year to a total of 3 years free of charge.
The warranty extension is possible for our main products BORA cooktop extractor systems, BORA X BO, BORA Cool&Freeze, the BORA multidrawer and BORA QVac. Accessories and spare parts are excluded from the warranty extension.

We ship our products throughout Europe, and in the checkout all countries can be selected for the country selection. Excluded countries are Great Britain, Switzerland and Norway.

Delivery within Germany is usually 2-4 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a shipment tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment at any time.

Yes. On weekends and public holidays, deliveries are usually not made. Please take this into account when planning your orders.

Select your desired filter from us in the BORA online shop and determine the regularity of your subscription there. Place the relevant product with the selected delivery interval in the shopping cart and complete the purchase and thus the selected filter subscription.
Your BORA Filter subscription can be canceled at any time via the link sent to you in the confirmation email.
You can adjust or pause the frequency of your BORA filter delivery at any time to 6, 9, 12 or 15 months in the confirmation email link.
